We ship all our products three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 am. Small, single product orders will be sent via regular mail or air mail. Larger orders are sent with expresspost in a package, so faster shipping. So it's to say, the more you buy, the faster you will get it!
We ship from Canada, so canadian orders usually arrive pretty quickly, while USA orders may take a few extra days. Orders to Alaska and Florida usually take the longest. So please wait at least ten business days before contacting us about your order if it has not yet arrived. We are here to make sure if you order something, that you get it and get it right.
Returns are accepted for exchange or credit, within 10 business days, and return shipping is at the buyers expense. If you are not satisfied with your product, with quality or strength, we will give you credit for use at our store.
